Lisa trained as a professional dancer and has had a successful career in the industry for the last 10 years. Combining her love of dance with travel she completed a number of contracts with P&O cruises and gained a wide repertoire of experience in dance and Musical Theatre. Lisa has also performed as a dancer in many regional theatres both in the UK and abroad, from the London Palladium to China, eventually becoming a head girl and most recently Assistant Choreographer.
On settling back in Sussex, Lisa updated her training to include fitness as a specific and as an instructor this enables her to combine her love of Fitness, Music and Dance.
With her understanding of the body from both her dance training and performing, knowledge of fitness and love of teaching Lisa has the ideal combination of skills to deliver top quality classes to each and everyone of you no matter what level you are.
Lisa’s aim is to make her classes accessible to everyone with all levels of fitness and experience, whilst creating a friendly environment and most importantly ensuring all classes are effective and enjoyable.
